Refund & Cancellation Policy
At M O O N SILVER TRADING L.L.C, we value customer satisfaction and take pride in offering high-quality spiritual products and services. However, due to the sacred and personalized nature of our items, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed for any of our products or services, cancellations are not permitted. This includes all spiritual products, such as Rudraksha beads, gemstones, and astrology consultations. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before proceeding to checkout.
2. No Refunds on Spiritual Products
Due to the spiritual significance and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for any reason once the product has been delivered. This applies to:
- Rudraksha beads
- Gemstones
- Other spiritual items
These products are sensitive and cannot be reused once they have been in the possession of a customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide proof of the damage or defect (photographs or a detailed description).
- Ensure the item has not been used or altered in any way.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.
4. No Refunds for Astrology Consultations
Astrology consultation services are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend the consultation after booking.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, if your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue.
6. Shipping Charges
We provide free shipping all over UAE based on the total purchase amount. In other cases it varies based on the product and delivery area.
